Aperture Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the TownePlace Suites Miramar Beach assignment. This role supports the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, staff leadership, and guest experience optimization, with an anticipated start date of May 19, 2025.

The successful candidate will have hotel management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for service, plus flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hotel management experience at AGM or FOM level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and manage hotel staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the financial performance of the hotel.
• Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance.
• Support housekeeping, payroll and HR, maintenance, and F&B operations.
