Aperture Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations and guest experiences. You will help supervise staff, align service delivery with brand standards, and contribute to maximizing hotel performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hotel management, strong leadership, and a results-driven approach. Flexible scheduling including nights/weekends is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Understand budgets, staffing models and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise and manage hotel staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the financial performance of the hotel.
• Implement strategies to optimize hotel performance.
• Support housekeeping, payroll, HR, maintenance and F&B operations.
