Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hotel experience, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager.
• Assist General Manager with hotel admin, HR duties and daily operations.
• Lead revenue management decisions and ensure revenue goals.
• Ensure Front Desk adheres to rate and credit policies.
