Urban Air Adventure Parks in Michigan seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold our culture of activating awesome. You will supervise, set standards, and drive guest satisfaction across entertainment, food and attractions.

You will hire and train team members, develop schedules, control costs, and ensure safety. This role requires hospitality experience, 3 years of supervisory work, and strong communication.

Formación

• Hospitality experience required.
• 3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion!
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate a team environment delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and staff development.
• Develop weekly schedules ensuring adequate coverage.

• Identify and develop staff for leadership roles.
