Job summary

The Peachtree Group in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping and Engineering operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and efficient service throughout the stay.

You will manage daily scheduling, monitor occupancy and revenue, recruit staff, and maintain front office systems while controlling costs and driving service quality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, complaints and accidents at the Front Desk or through reservations and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily and monitoring variances.
• Prepare team member schedules according to forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.
• Have effective interviewing skills and ability to recruit team members.
• Operate all aspects of the front office system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple programming.
• Be knowledgeable about the accident prevention program, including safety committee, education/enforcement, and communication of safety issues through department meetings.
• Be able to effectively investigate, report and follow-up on employee and guest accidents.
