Job summary

Shake Shack in Milwaukee is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and maintain top hospitality standards. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health codes while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and a focus on training and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations: personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Proven hospitality and ability to motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of operations.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
