Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily pub operations, oversee service quality, and manage a skilled team. You’ll help control labor costs, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

You will also coordinate with kitchen leadership, support banquet inquiries, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and hospitality expertise in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience; high-volume pub experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll review, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and maintain a visible presence during service with strong guest focus.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and staff development.
• Process payroll and timecards; resolve discrepancies and maintain records.
• Respond to banquet and private event inquiries; coordinate with General Manager.
• Monitor labor, waste and controllable expenses; support inventory and product availability.
