Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years experience in high volume restaurants.
• Preferred certification include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards including HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory processes and reconcile counts.
• Collaborate with Sales Director on events and community engagement.
• Lead FOH and BOH training and ensure standards are met.
• Forecast staffing, scheduling, and menu rollouts to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to health codes and company policies.
• Foster guest satisfaction and resolve issues with guests promptly.
