Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in full-service, high-volume hospitality.
• Ability to lead shifts independently and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the venue independently, ensuring checklists and standards are met.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and brief staff on priorities and specials.
• Serve as manager on duty during high-volume service and make staffing decisions.
• Act as GM in the GM’s absence and maintain service flow across all areas.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding FOH and bar staff.
