Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily pub operations and guest experience. You will oversee labor, payroll, training, and teamwork with kitchen leadership to ensure service standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and responsible alcohol service, with opportunities to drive sales and community engagement in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience; high-volume pub experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and guest service skills.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll review, and POS systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler and alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Guest Service: lead shifts, ensure service standards, and address guest concerns.
• Team Leadership: hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop staff.
• Payroll & Administrative Support: review timecards, resolve discrepancies, and process payroll.
• Banquet & Event Support: respond to inquiries, coordinate details, and assist with event setup.
• Financial & Inventory Support: monitor labor, waste, discounts, and assist with inventory.
