Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations across our welcome centers. You will help the General Manager supervise staff, develop teams, and ensure smooth store performance while upholding brand standards.

You will lead with strong communication, drive customer satisfaction, and manage cash, inventory, and adherence to policies, while supporting a positive work environment and reliable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and coaching.
• Be capable of operating in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging times.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor inventory and perform spot checks for accuracy.
