Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team in Albuquerque. You will assist the managing partner with daily club operations, drive sales success, ensure member satisfaction, and maintain facility cleanliness at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants, focusing on delivering a warm, high-hospitality environment and achieving KPIs through coaching

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing staff.
• Support Managing Partner with scheduling, labor, and facility oversight.
• Ensure member experience through hospitality and service standards.
• Maintain club cleanliness and inventory management.
• Lead front desk operations and incident reporting via Crunch tools.
