Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Albuquerque seeks an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team, assisting the managing partner with daily club operations, sales success, member satisfaction, and facility cleanliness. You’ll foster a warm, no-judgments environment while leading a team of MSRs, Cleaning Attendants and Kids Attendants.

You’ll drive a high-care, high-performance culture, manage scheduling and labor, and ensure policy compliance.
