PRATTVILLE CLUB 24 LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an excellent member experience and driving revenue growth. You will oversee club operations in the GM's absence, build community partnerships, and contribute to hiring, coaching, and staff development within budget.

You will drive customer satisfaction, manage daily deposits, payroll, and scheduling, and collaborate with regional leadership to maintain standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily gym operations and guest experience.
• Generate sales and achieve location targets.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll in absence of GM.
• Ensure club compliance with policies and standards.
• Develop staff through coaching and training.
