CLUB4 Fitness Prattville seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager, lead a team, and drive revenue growth while delivering an excellent member experience. You will oversee operations in the GM’s absence and help develop staff and community partnerships to raise awareness.

Requirements include leadership experience, strong sales and customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and a High School diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience in a high-level customer service industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff across all roles to meet service standards.
• Drive sales and member engagement while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Regional Manager to address issues and ensure timely communication.
• Ensure deposits, scheduling, and payroll alignment with club needs.
