Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Longview, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Managing Partner in daily club operations, sales growth, and member satisfaction. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants to deliver a high-energy, guest-focused experience.

This role requires strong leadership, KPI-driven decision making, and a commitment to a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience achieving KPIs and managing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication and leadership skills with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff of Member Service Representatives.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and front desk oversight with the Managing Partner.
• Oversee club assets, inventory reconciliation, and supply ordering.
• Ensure a clean, hospitable facility and consistent policy/procedure compliance.
