Team Car Care’s Sulphur service center seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate with the General Manager to grow revenue and guest count. You’ll foster team engagement, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

You will help manage inventory, budgets, and performance metrics while delivering a premier guest experience and training teammates to excel in service and sales.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
