Team Car Care in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and store performance. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

You’ll help with budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and guest issue resolution while fostering a culture of teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet demand.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
