The role emphasizes coaching, operations oversight, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced automotive service environment. On-site position in Olivette, MO with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Understanding of retail financial objectives and sales targets.
• Customer-focused approach and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles, trainings, and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Coach and mentor staff using internal training programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control measures.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Open/close the store when GM is absent.
