107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Lake Charles, LA service center. You will share accountability for driving sales, guest satisfaction, and team leadership in a fast-paced automotive service setting.

The AGM collaborates with the GM to coach staff, manage daily operations, and execute initiatives that grow guest counts and revenue. Benefits include 401K, insurance, daily pay, bonuses, and paid uniforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership that can inspire diverse teams.
• Sound business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.
