Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to set goals, motivate teams, and provide performance feedback.
• Understanding of P&L, revenue, and management principles.
• Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee property maintenance, landscaping, work areas, food and beverage, safety, and compliance; document and report to the General Manager as needed.
• Financial Stewardship: Maintain accurate financial records, understand P&L, and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Team Development: Motivate, influence, and coach staff to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high performance standards.
• Guest Experience: Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality.
• Problem Solving: Address escalated guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
