Courtyard by Marriott Champaign is hiring a Bistro Supervisor to lead daily bistro operations, support your team, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will participate in hiring and training, maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety and service, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Be a Leader as you oversee daily bistro operations, support your team, and help ensure a great experience for every guest.
• Showcase your attention to detail as you assist with hiring and training new team members while continuing to support the development of existing staff.
• Lead by example by maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
• Be a team player as you work alongside the team to keep the bistro running smoothly while creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff.
