Job summary

Launch Family Entertainment in Manchester, NH seeks an Assistant General Manager to help run daily operations, lead shifts, coach staff, and coordinate attractions, parties, and food service to meet guest experience, staffing, service and cost goals.

The role requires strong supervision, communication and operations oversight in a busy entertainment venue with flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in entertainment, recreation, restaurants or guest-facing business.
Experience supervising teams, scheduling labor, handling cash and resolving guest concerns.
Clear communication, practical judgment and ability to coach employees under changing priorities.
Basic math and computer skills; learn Launch POS, booking, safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in daily operations and serve as manager on duty.
Assign stations, breaks and coverage; manage labor within budgets.
Train and coach team members; support hiring and performance feedback.
Maintain a respectful workplace and address employee concerns.
Monitor safety, cleanliness, equipment, and food-service standards; respond to incidents.
Resolve guest concerns; ensure events run to plan.
Coordinate staffing, timing and food requirements with sales and Krave teams.
