Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume casual dining operation with entertainment components. You’ll own full P&L and oversee FOH/BOH, leagues of guest flow, and multi-revenue centers.

You’ll forecast, budget, schedule, and partner with corporate accounting. Build and mentor a salaried management team while maintaining brand standards and an exceptional guest experience. Relocation opportunities are expected as growth requires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as GM or strong AGM in high-volume casual dining or eat‑ertainment.
• Proven ability to own P&L, manage prime costs, and drive EBITDA.
• Experience leading salaried and hourly teams across multiple revenue centers.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L including revenue, food/beverage costs, labor, and attractions.
• Forecast, budget, defend variance, and monitor performance.
• Partner with corporate accounting on payroll, invoices and period-end close.
• Manage inventory across food, beverage, retail, and arcade systems.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a management team and large hourly staff.
• Walk the floor daily to coach, ensure service standards, and drive guest satisfaction.
