Job summary

LAUNCH FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT in Manchester, NH is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and drive guest experience across attractions, events, and F&B. You will oversee budget, staffing, and safety programs while ensuring financial performance and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a hands-on approach to optimize park operations and guest satisfaction in a high-volume family entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a pre-opening, grand-opening or rapid-growth family entertainment facility.
• Prior management experience in a guest-facing business.
• Ability to budget, plan schedules, manage cash and hit sales goals.
• Strong communication and hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience with POS, booking systems and Microsoft Office; food-safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating budget and profit and loss performance; forecast revenue and control variances.
• Recruit, train and develop managers and team members; maintain a respectful workplace.
• Plan staffing for projected attendance and events; publish schedules two weeks out.
• Oversee daily operations of attractions, parties, food service and guest areas.
• Develop, implement and maintain park policies and SOPs across all departments.
• Lead safety inspections, incident response and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain licenses, certifications and compliance with health, safety and alcohol rules.
• Resolve guest concerns and online reviews; use feedback to improve service.
• Partner with Sales/ Marketing to grow attendance and bookings.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory and park systems.
• Set quarterly objectives and report progress to ownership.
