Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Chicago. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and frontline leadership.

This role emphasizes coaching teammates, daily team huddles, inventory management, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The position requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years)
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proven leadership to motivate diverse teams
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales and service

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest counts while coaching staff
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals
• Model and enforce quality control and safe, productive operations
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and district initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls
• Provide clear direction to the team and mentors to technicians and CSAs
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation per standards
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of teammates
• Perform opening/closing duties when GM is unavailable
• Maintain workforce engagement aligned with customer demand
• Lead with a guest-first mindset and uphold policies
