Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy service center on Hilton Head Island. You’ll work with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences daily.

You’ll develop teammates through in-house training, manage inventory, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader that can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with an understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service while building guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe and presentable.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close duties when GM is off.
