Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our East Meadow service center. You will work with the GM to drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead team huddles, manage inventory and costs, and help with budgeting and forecasts, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and delivering consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and execute excellent customer service while delivering guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and expense controls with the DM.
