You will work with the GM to coach staff, manage operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership style.

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed and processes are compliant.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to hit goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Handle inventory and cash processes; address guest issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with District Manager on initiatives and execute projects.
