Jiffy Lube International in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center team, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll coach teammates, manage operations, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You’ll oversee inventory, budgeting, and performance metrics, lead daily huddles, and model exceptional guest service. The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and lead measures.
