Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, manage financials, and uphold culture, safety, and guest experience. This role is designed to prep you for General Manager responsibilities while driving store growth.

You’ll recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff, optimize labor and inventory, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with brand standards in a fast-paced Taco Bell environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years leadership in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build people capability by recruiting, training and developing team members.
• Coach and mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
• Provide feedback and resolve team conflicts while maintaining a positive culture.
• Deliver a consistent guest experience within brand standards and safety protocols.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Support profit growth through cash controls, cost management and operational efficiency.
• Monitor facilities and equipment, conduct preventative maintenance and routine checks.
