Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably upscale.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests, team, and partners.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, including finances, personnel, and guest relations.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that motivates the team.
• Champion staff development through mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively tackle challenges to ensure smooth dining service.
