Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Oversee the operation of the full restaurant and lead a strong team.
• Drive a safe, friendly, high‑quality food and guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor policies.
