Responsibilities include delivering feedback, guiding shifts supervisors, ensuring brand standards, safety, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and responding to customer needs with a focus on outstanding service and team

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and coach shift supervisors.
• Step in during the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Ensure brand standards, procedures, and cash handling.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Monitor inventory data and perform spot counts.
