Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at a full-service hotel in Southfield, MI. You will partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, lead teams across departments, and deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences.

Responsibilities include managing Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B operations, coaching leaders, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

• 3+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience in a full-service environment.
• Strong operational knowledge across hotel departments.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
