Residence Inn Rocky Mount is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new employees, training and coaching team members, handling guest and employee relations, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Qualifications
