Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience (AGM or GM role preferred).
• Strong business acumen with P&L, labor control and guest-satisfaction metrics.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across all departments.
• Tech-savvy with hotel management systems and reporting tools; proactive problem-solver.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Champion a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Oversee daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Build, lead, and develop a strong hotel team with clear expectations.
• Drive revenue growth through sales strategy and yield management.

• Conduct regular property inspections, audits, and evaluations.
• Partner with sales to attract group business and extended stays.
