Pearl & Law Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the Atlas leadership team in Boston. This on-site role focuses on mentorship, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and hands-on daily front-of-house management.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to maintain service standards, manage platforms, and oversee operations with a focus on team development and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong front of house and guest service experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, payroll, or restaurant administrative functions.
• Familiarity with Toast, OpenTable, and 7shifts is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily front of house operations and lead organized service.
• Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop front of house staff.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day restaurant systems.
• Manage and review timekeeping and tip distribution for accuracy.
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and health and safety compliance.
• Help manage restaurant platforms including Toast, OpenTable, 7shifts, and Google Workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and vendor relationships.
• Respond to guest feedback and support service recovery when necessary.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, accountable, and collaborative workplace.
