Costa Vida is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Payson, UT location. You will support the Store Operator to maintain top food quality, service, and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a passion for guest satisfaction. This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits including medical and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler permit required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the ultimate guest experience and maintain a high-energy environment.
• Train and coach Team Members to meet Costa Vida standards.
• Oversee restaurant operations in the Store Operator's absence.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and proper temperature controls.
