Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to achieve business plan goals.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; conduct regular coaching.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.
• Ensure recipes, food safety, and QA program adherence.
• Support local marketing initiatives and guest satisfaction.
