Job summary

Costa Vida in Utah is seeking a high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead by example and deliver an exceptional guest experience across shifts.

In this full-time role, you will oversee food safety, inventory, staff development, and day-to-day operations, with a competitive base salary plus bonus and scheduling flexibility.

The GM will partner with the District Manager to align with the restaurant's business plan and drive performance while maintaining Costa Vida standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, supervising at least 5 employees.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• Must be reachable 24/7 and support an open-door policy.
• Familiar with common email systems and Microsoft Office; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety standards and HAACP program adherence.
• Ensure guest experience with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
• Recruit and train team members; delegate to ASMs as needed.
• Develop and execute a local business plan including P&L, scheduling, and marketing.
