Job summary

Costa Vida in Brigham City, UT is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead by example and engage directly with guests. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus bonus and scheduling flexibility across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, supervising at least 5 employees.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance.
• Must be reachable 24/7 and willing to communicate with team.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety standards and HAACP program.
• Ensure guest experience with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
• Recruit and train team members; conduct weekly interviews.
• Develop and execute a business plan including P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and local marketing.
