Job summary

Bojangles' in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

• Engages in LTO lifecycle, including training and POP deadlines.
