Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Greensboro, NC to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction. The role partners with the General Manager to build a high-performing team, ensure operations excellence, and maintain a customer-centric culture across shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.

Competenze

• Min 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
