Bojangles' in North Carolina is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership and culture. The role partners with the General Manager to grow sales, traffic, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

The position requires at least 2 years of management experience, English fluency, and flexibility to work long hours, including weekends. Benefits include weekly pay, health plans, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
