Job summary

Bojangles' in Huntersville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern hospitality and guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

The role offers flexible hours (morning/evening/weekends), weekly pay, and opportunities for leadership and career development in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week, 7 days.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences with Southern Hospitality.
• Develop and drive a customer-centric culture alongside the General Manager.
• Maintain BoFood and BoLabor compliance.
• Ensure standards are met and take corrective action when needed.
• Empower staff to uphold WOW guest service in every interaction.
• Participate in inventory management and oversee safety standards.
• Engage in LTO programs and deadlines as required.
