Bojangles in Carthage, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team in delivering Southern hospitality and outstanding guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Role requires at least 2 years of management, strong English communication, and the ability to manage shifts, inventory, and staff development in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with onboarding employees.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
• Develop and lead a team to drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and uphold Bojangles' cultural principles.
• Ensure adherence to systems and processes, including BoFood and BoLabor.
• Monitor P&L impact, inventory, safety, and security standards.
