Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver outstanding Southern hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability by maintaining a customer-centric culture across shifts.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain a customer-centric culture in the restaurant.
• Partner with the General Manager to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Ensure adherence to BoFood, BoLabor, and all safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, operations, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
