Job summary

Bojangles' in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver the exceptional Southern Hospitality we’re known for.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability, coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Bojangles' standards in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and weekly pay complement comprehensive benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and meal perks.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming culture.
• Drive traffic, sales and profitability while coaching staff.
• Ensure adherence to BoFood, BoLabor and safety standards; correct issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory, quality, service and cleanliness to protect the guest experience.
