Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Simpsonville, SC to lead restaurant teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week.
• Supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
